Col Robert Dempsey has been appointed as the Great Lakes Region Deputy Chief of Staff for Cadet Programs. Col Dempsey has been serving as the GLR CAC Advisor and will now be assuming the DCS/CP role. He has previously served as the Illinois Wing Commander, and Illinois Wing Director of Cadet Programs. Lt Col Tom Rehman has held the reigns as the DCS/CP since FEB 2020 as well as serving with National Cadet Programs Staff as the National Cadet Analytics Coordinator, and former Ohio Wing Director of Cadet Programs. GLR has benefited from his leadership in these roles. Lt Col Rehman will stay on in the coming month as an Asst. DCS/CP to assist in the transition. We thank Lt Col Rehman for his service and dedication to the Cadets of the Great Lakes Region and look forward to his continued service!
