Here’s another example of the moral and Constitutional inconsistency of Conservatives / Republicans…

If slavery is an issue worthy of redressing by a Constitutional Amendment, then why isn’t abortion also worthy of the same treatment?

After all, the science is settled. Human life begins at conception.

This is yet another of a long line of examples showing how the R side of the corrupt duopoly acts in collusion with the D side of the corrupt duopoly.

To those of you who call yourselves Conservatives, were you not promised - for decades - that your support of the GOP would one day result in “Conservatives” being nominated to the Supreme Court, so that the court could overturn Roe v. Wade?

That happened.

Yet, abortion lives on.
The lesser evil is still evil.

As a member of Constitution Party of Texas, I don’t support either half of the corrupt duopoly. Therefore, I do not support Trump.

However, as a veteran who has taken an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, I most certainly do not support this.

According to Andy Kahan, more than 200 people have been killed by violent felons who were out on bond over the past 2 years, and that is in Harris County alone. This is a direct result of CJR (Criminal Justice Reform) which is rooted in a false narrative of "systemic racism" and endorsed by both sides of the corrupt duopoly - the R as well as the D.

CONSTABLE HERMAN'S SPECIAL OPERATIONS UNIT ARRESTS FUGITIVE WITH 31 FELONY WARRANTS

On April 19, 2022 deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Special Operations and Canine Unit received information on the location of Tyrus Turner, a wanted fugitive. Upon further investigation the Special Operations along with the assistance of DPS air support executed a felony warrant service in the 7700 block of the North Sam Houston Parkway West.

Constable Deputies located and apprehended him and confirmed his 31 open felony warrants for Burglary of a Building and Theft of Property out of Arlington, Austin, Bexar, Fort Worth, Travis and Harris County.

"Tyrus Turner was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman

CONSTABLES ARREST A SUSPECTED DRUNK DRIVER

On April 16, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 5700 block of S. Gessner Road. The driver was identified as Nancy Escobar who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.

Standardized Field Sobriety tests were administered and it was determined that she was intoxicated.

"Nancy Escobar was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 5." - Constable Mark Herman
