Our President Mary Parker and our Political Director Elizabeth Prophet represented Alabama College Democrats today at the 2022 State Democratic Executive Committee. We want to congratulate Elizabeth Prophet as a newly-elected member of the Alabama Democratic Youth Caucus.

We were also thrilled to meet many amazing members of the Democratic Party such as the President for Alabama Young Democrats Josh Coleman, the Vice President of Young Democrats of America’s Terri Chapman, and former Alabama senator Doug Jones!

AL College Dems are proud to announce our endorsement of today. Mayor Woodfin has consistently demonstrated his commitment to providing equitable access to education and job training, including free college tuition through Birmingham Promise. We’re looking forward to the final 3 weeks of this campaign: working to spread the word about his Vision for Birmingham's future, registering voters, & getting more young people involved in the election process ahead of Election Day August 24th.
