Region 6 – Robin Gray (Alabama)
Robin Gray represents the heart of agritourism as part of the Peach Park family, a cornerstone of Alabama’s agricultural heritage in Chilton County, known as the Peach Capital of Alabama. She plays a key role in connecting families and visitors to farming traditions while promoting the value of American-grown products. Robin’s work reflects a passion for preserving agricultural legacy, supporting local farmers, and fostering public appreciation for the vital role agriculture plays in everyday life.

The NFRW Agriculture Committee was reintroduced as a special committee by President Martha Jenkins this year. Our committee is grateful for the opportunity to educate our members in the Agricultural field. Each week in the NFRW Capital Connection, the Agriculture Committee will have a section called “DID YOU KNOW.” Our committee will be sharing timely agriculture-related content each week.

For the first “DID YOU KNOW,” we wanted to introduce our committee to the NFRW membership and give you some background on how we are involved in Agriculture. Throughout the year, we will also be sharing timely agriculture-related content with the NFRW members through different media outlets.

The Agriculture Committee will also be connecting with all the NFRW state presidents to identify members who are:
Involved in Agriculture, farming, or nutrition
Have connections within the state Department of Agriculture
Are interested in advancing agriculture advocacy
Would like to help establish or grow an Agriculture Committee within their state.

On behalf of the NFRW Agriculture Committee, we are all excited to share a new national initiative designed to strengthen engagement, advocacy, and connection among Republican women in Agriculture across all states.
Respectfully submitted,
Sovilla Mennen, Vice Chair
NFRW Agriculture Committee
