… and today the Eleventh Circuit Court of appeals reversed the District Court and ordered that Williams’ death sentence, imposed by An Alabama court, be reinstated.

We had great representation from the appellate courts during this week’s Winter Judges’ Conference. I especially appreciated the opportunity to present an update on last year’s criminal law appellate cases to Alabama’s trial judges.
