Megan Carlton is the new Director of Visiting Angels Montgomery, bringing a passion for service, leadership, and creating meaningful experiences for both clients and caregivers. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Troy University with a minor in Leadership.

Megan brings experience in the medical field, including referral coordination, patient support, and collaborating with healthcare teams to help patients navigate their care. She is passionate about building strong teams and fostering a culture centered on communication, compassion, and dependable service.

Outside of her professional career, Megan is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Megan is excited to lead the Montgomery office into its next chapter and continue serving families throughout the community.
