The Montgomery Area Council on Aging assists senior citizens by providing services to promote independent living, by offering opportunities to enhance quality of life, and by increasing community awareness of senior issues. Our flagship program is Meals On Wheels delivered each Monday through Friday to Seniors in the Montgomery community.

Meals on Wheels is in urgent need of helping hands to cook and package frozen meals for local seniors. Our Frozen Meals Program provides nutritious meals to homebound seniors who are unable to participate in our hot Meals on Wheels program because they are currently on our waiting list.
