Jefferson County Schools K-12, A Community Partnership School was proud to welcome Florida’s Education Commissioner, Dr. Henry Mack to our campus today.

Dr. Mack took time to visit our classrooms, engage with our students and teachers, and personally share gifts with our amazing educators. His presence and words of encouragement meant so much to our school community.

Thank you, Commissioner Mack for taking the time to visit our Tigers, and for showing your appreciation to our dedicated teachers. We are grateful for your support and commitment to education!

Culinary Arts is at it again, preparing and baking scratch peanut butter chocolate chip cookies!

Students are using hands on practical skills and knowledge which can lead to future employment.

Under the guidance and leadership of Jon Martin, CEC, students who have passed and earned their ServSafe Manager certification in the Culinary Arts program developed essential dough preparation skills, including the creaming method, accurate scaling, portion control, and the proper technique for achieving consistent results.

The leftover dough pucks are frozen and baked on a day when the students aren’t in the kitchen lab but still want something to eat.
