We had the privilege of recognizing our Street Superintendent, Frank Arthur, with the High Water Mark Award at our Board of Works meeting this Monday presented by President Josh Leonard.
This award represents something special: a standard of excellence that has been established, one that can be measured and followed by those who come after.
On October 31, Frank will celebrate 3️⃣0️⃣ years of working, teaching, serving, and LEADING for the City of Monticello. Thirty years of dedication, knowledge, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to the community he calls home.
On behalf of the City of Monticello, we are incredibly grateful for Frank’s positive impact, his wisdom, and the millions of dollars in grant funding he has helped secure for our city. His contributions have made a lasting difference in our infrastructure, our neighborhoods, and our quality of life.
