We at The Black Library would love to wish a Happy Solar Return to a very special member of our community !!

She is the epitome of warmth and grace and we are so lucky to know her. She pours her love and beautiful energy into everything she does, and that impact has truly been felt by anyone that has walked through our doors.

Since day one she has showed up to every event and has put her best foot forward to provide incomparable dedication to this community. We cannot thank her enough for everything she does.

Happy Birthday, Tay 🎈🥳 We love you!!

We had to take some time to really compose ourselves in light of last night’s incredible news. Thanks to an amazingly generous donation from the Mehretu- Rankin family, we have successfully achieved our targeted goal of $20k! We have absolutely nothing but love for each and every person that has selflessly given towards this cause over the past few weeks. It means the universe to us. To our community and the people that wish to see it grow and prosper, we cannot thank you enough for believing in this project the way we do. Thank you to all 133 people that donated to this campaign and understands the urgency and importance of having a safe place like this to call our own.

There’s still a few days left on the campaign and we are still accepting donations! Any amount counts and will go a long way.
