Riverbend Cabin & Sauna Get away and find some peace, re-group and get a grip. Start to smile again! Welcome to our Little Cabin in the Woods!! There's a gas grill and a fire pit.

This cabin is "off grid" yet it has lots little comforts. This cabin, located in northern Maine is right on the northbranch of the Meduxnekeag River. It has a gas stove/oven, a wood stove, a double bed and a little kitchen/dining/living space. A Swedish sauna is located on the other side of the rope bridge. There is no running water/plumbing but fresh water is supplied for drinking & washing. A s

We wanted to let you know that we’re taking the cabin off of the rental sites Glampinghub and Hipcamp for the year. The rope bridge is in very bad shape and we’re going to see if there’s any solution. No official rentals for now.

Gosh! We haven’t posted since last September! Well! Snow is still melting and it’s a bit muddy right now. Once the snow is gone, we’ll start our clean up efforts and get the cabin and property all ready!

Nestled within the peaceful woodlands of northern Maine, Riverbend Cabin & Sauna is your rustic retreat to get away from it all. Situated on the north branch of the Meduxnekeag River, this two room, 260 square foot log and stick frame cabin was built with the intention to inspire its occupants.

I love how the same property can mean something different to each guest!

Our third guests took it easy for 2 days! They got rested and rejuvenated by just slowing down in their bodies and minds and activity! Riverbend Cabin and Sauna was part of a Christmas gift! How sweet is that?
