Office is located at 1040 North Main Street, Monticello KY We provide water, sewer, and garbage for customers where applicable.

All applications for service and or payments can be made at our office. We accept debit, credit, cash or check. We also have a drop off box at our location for after hours. We also offer bankdraft & online bill pay for our customers.

The boil water advisory that was issued for all customers located at the intersection E Hwy 92 & Hwy 1479 to the end of Hwy 1479 has been lifted.

Lab results confirm the water is safe.

A boil water advisory has been issued for all customers located at the intersection of E Hwy 92 & Hwy 1479 to the end of Hwy 1479, including all side roads.

Until further notice, please bring any water for consumption or cooking to a boil for 3 minutes before using.

The advisory will remain in effect until the situation has been corrected, and test results have shown the water to be an acceptable quality. For more information about this contact, Scott Upchurch at the Monticello Utility Commission (606)348-8473.

Our office will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen for normal business hours Tuesday, May 26th. Garbage will continue to run without any interruptions. Our emergency number is (606) 348-8747.

If your bill is originally due on the 10th of the month & is currently unpaid, today will be the last day to pay before disconnection is made.
