School may be out for summer, but class was still in session for our Boys & Girls Club staff!

At Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor, we know that great programs start with great people. That's why professional development is such an important part of what we do. We are constantly investing in training and learning opportunities to ensure our staff have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to provide the very best experience for the young people we serve.

This week, staff from across Cass, Fulton, Pulaski, and White counties came together to learn, collaborate, share ideas, and strengthen their skills before welcoming kids to our summer programs. Every training session, discussion, and activity helps us better serve the youth and families who count on us each day.

A special thank you to Bio Town Ag, Inc for helping provide lunch for one of our training days. Your support helped fuel a room full of dedicated professionals preparing for an incredible summer.

The kids may think summer is all fun and games, but behind the scenes our team is hard at work making sure this summer is our best one yet.

If May had a theme song, it would probably be played at double speed.

The Boys & Girls Club wrapped up one of the busiest months of the year with an amazing Last Day of School Ice Cream Social sponsored by Sycamore Drive In - Monticello, IN, Teen Day celebration(sponsored by Community Foundation of White County), end-of-school activities, program wrap-ups, and enough excitement to keep our staff running on pure momentum.

We had a blast celebrating the end of another school year with hundreds of Club members, families, volunteers, and community partners. The smiles, laughter, and memories made this month reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

But here's the best part...

School may be out, but the fun is just beginning.

Summer Club is officially underway at North White School Corporation and starts in 2 weeks at our Monticello Clubhouse. We've got field trips, special guests, hands-on activities, games, adventures, learning opportunities, and plenty of unforgettable moments waiting for our members. There is still time to sign up!

May was a sprint. Summer is a marathon of fun.

Focus on the Monticello Clubhouse today!

Looking for a fun, engaging, and FREE summer program for your child? There is still time to register for our Monticello Summer Learning Lab at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor.

Join us June 15 – July 17 from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM for an exciting summer filled with weekly pool trips, a Madam Carroll cruise, park time, hands-on activities, and so much more.

We still have plenty of spaces available, so don’t wait to register.

Our program is free, open to the public, and includes free breakfast and lunch each day.

What an incredible time we had at our Family Fun Events at North White and the Monticello Clubhouse.

Seeing families come together for an evening of fun, food, laughter, and connection is exactly what the Boys & Girls Club is all about. Thank you to all of the families who joined us and helped make both nights so special.

These events would not have been possible without the hard work of our amazing staff who planned, prepared, and created welcoming spaces for our families. Thank you for all that you do to make meaningful moments like these happen.

Thank you to Bio Town Ag, Inc for supplying hot dogs and pork burgers. We also want to extend a special thank you to the Community Foundation of White County, specifically the Youth Philanthropy Council , for the grant funding that made these Family Nights possible. Your investment in youth and families helps strengthen our entire community.
