Join us for the Regional Grazing School August 25–27, 2026, in Williamstown, MO.

This three-day, hands-on workshop will cover management intensive grazing, animal nutrition, forage and soil basics, fencing, water systems, grazing design, and more—plus farm tours and field exercises.

Cost is $110 per person ($50 for an additional participant from the same farm), which includes materials and lunch each day. Space is limited.

Today on Memorial Day, we pause to honor the extraordinary courage and selfless sacrifice of our nation’s fallen heroes — the brave men and women who answered the call of duty and laid down their lives so that America could remain free. 🇺🇸

From the battlefields of the past to the fight for liberty today, their devotion to our country reminds us what true patriotism looks like. These American heroes didn’t just defend our land… they defended our way of life, our Constitution, and the God-given rights that make this the greatest nation on earth.

May God bless our military heroes, their loved ones, and the United States of America.

Leaving residue is great for your soil, partially due to these little guys! 🐞

Crop residue provides food and shelter for above-ground insects. They eat the residue and help to break it down throughout the winter, creating organic matter for the soil. Residue management is an important part of a soil health system. Leaving crop residue, strip tilling, reduced tillage, and cover crops are all components to residue management that can increase soil organic matter and overall soil health and structure.
