VSEA Council member Kristina Sweet is proud to be voting YES on Prop 3 this November 3rd. Prop 3 would enshrine the right to organize a union in the Vermont constitution, protecting union rights in Vermont. In other states with the right to organize, union participation is higher, and wages are higher.
