1 3/4 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz espresso
3 coffee beans (for garnish)

Measure your Baileys, vodka and espresso, and add to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard over ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish.

There's nothing more romantic than a Vermont Valentine's Day - and what's more Vermont than a cocktail made with a splash of apple cider, called The Flannel Shirt?
This Valentine's Day, celebrate at home in some flannel jammies and a glass full of Flannel Shirt.

1 3/4 oz blended scotch whiskey
1/2 oz Amaro
1 barspoon Demerara gum syrup
1 1/2 oz apple cider
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 barspoon allspice dram
2 dashes aromatic bitters
orange twist (for garnish)
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker except garnish. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds. Strain into your chilled ice glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange twist.

Miller's Toll features a menu of dozens of libations curated by eras and often utilizing made-in-Vermont products, like their Hot Off The Press cocktail:

1 oz Tom Cat Gin from
1 oz Amaro Ciociaro
6 oz Vermont apple cider
1/2 oz raw honey syrup
Freshly grated nutmeg to top
