The primary mission of the 7th Judicial District Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) is to meet the needs of sexual assault victims by ensuring timely, compassionate, and culturally sensitive victim centered response, as well as by providing a community-based collaborative response to all victims of sexual assault through an immediate and accessible comprehensive forensic evaluation, advocacy, and

criminal justice services in an ethical, compassionate manner. The goal of this team is to provide supportive services that contribute to a healthy transition from victim to survivor for every individual whose life is affected by sexual violence.
