Celebrate Independence Day with the sounds of community and service.

Join us at 12:30 p.m. at the Montrose Rotary Amphitheater for a special performance by the Frontier Veterans Band, a six-piece brass ensemble made up entirely of local veterans.

This talented group brings together a love of music, community, and country, making their performance a meaningful part of Montrose’s Fourth of July celebration. Gather with family, friends, and neighbors as we honor the holiday and the individuals who have served our nation.

In its first full year, the property earned two of the brand's most distinguished honors. We're proud to have such a strong hospitality partner right here in Montrose.

The team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Montrose, led by General Manager Tonia Masse, was awarded both the 2025 Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Mindset Award and the Opening of the Year Award, recognition of an exceptional launch and a genuine commitment to guests from day one.

A comfortable place to land, with easy access to outdoor adventures. Fairfield Montrose offers bright, modern rooms and suites, a complimentary hot breakfast, an indoor pool and hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and free on-site parking, just minutes from Montrose Regional Airport.

We’re honored to see Colorado Public Radio spotlight Montrose and the community effort behind our new child care facility.

Montrose continues to invest in solutions that support working families, strengthen local employers, and contribute to long-term economic growth. When parents have access to reliable child care, businesses are better positioned to attract and retain employees, and families can participate more fully in the workforce.

As communities across Colorado continue to face child care challenges, Montrose is demonstrating what can happen when local government, nonprofits, employers, and residents work together to find solutions.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this project a reality.
