Lewis-Palmer High School and Coach Pepper hosted youth softball camp this week!

Summer Camps are underway in D38!

Last week, the LPHS gym was filled with the sound of crisp chest passes and shoes squeaking on the hardwood for youth basketball camp.

Campers got to experience a lot of healthy competition and got the chance to work with some of LPHS' current hoops stars.

We can't wait to see these students back in this gym, competing for LPHS in a few short years!

We are pleased to introduce Koryn Kessler, the new principal of Lewis-Palmer Elementary School! Mrs. Kessler brings 20 years of experience in education to D38. She has served as a teacher in the classroom and in building leadership roles.

"I'm incredibly excited to join a community that values both excellence and connection. I already feel so welcomed by District 38, and cannot wait to meet the incredible families at LPES," said Kessler. "I believe the heart of a great school is found in the people who come together each day to support children, celebrate growth, and create a place where everyone belongs. Go Eagles!"

Welcome, Mrs. Kessler! We can't wait to watch our LPES Eagles soar next school year under your leadership.

Did you know that Palmer Lake Elementary School Sixth Grade Teacher Jax Siddal is a highly competitive marathon runner?

Jax recently competed in the Eugene Marathon in Oregon, and not only did he finish first in his race, but also set a course record, and qualified for the Olympic time trials!

Way to go, Jax! We can't wait to see what you do next!

Before everyone got their summer breaks fully underway, Lewis-Palmer High School welcomed the Class of 2030 (wow!) during Ranger Roundup!

Led by the Ranger Connection Crew, the annual event for incoming freshmen features two days of school spirit, icebreaker games, new connections, and exploring LP.
