East Haddam Local Prevention Council The EHLPC is a community coalition that represents various sectors of East Haddam and is interested in reducing alcohol and drug use among our young people

The EHLPC is a community coalition that represents various sectors of East Haddam and is interested in reducing alcohol and drug use among our young people. Focusing on prevention through community education and organization, the coalition works in collaboration with EHYFS to increase community awareness, educate youth, parents and other community stakeholders, and mobilize community resources. Th

e coalition meets quarterly to plan and coordinate its work. The Executive Committee and other committees meet more frequently. New volunteers can become involved either as members of the East Haddam LPC or by joining us for specific projects or activities throughout the year.
