🚨 Pharmacy Service Update – Network Outage Impact 🚨
Due to ongoing phone and fax network outages base wide, we are experiencing delays and are unable to process timely prescription transfers from off-base civilian providers at this time via phone or fax.
A pharmacy transfer moves your existing prescription and any remaining refills from one pharmacy to another.

How this could affect your prescriptions?
📌 Off-Base Prescriptions from Civilian Pharmacies - Significant transfer delays via phone/fax. Ask your off-base provider to send a new prescription electronically to the 23 MDG pharmacy.
⏳Over-the-Counter (OTC) Transfers - Expect delays — pharmacy is prioritizing non-OTC prescription transfers at this time.
✅ Prescriptions from MTF Providers - NO IMPACT.

The Patient and Family Partnership Council captures the voices and insights of patients and families to improve the care experience by elevating any current or chronic trending issues to leadership and DHA to make positive changes within the Medical Group.
• Please gather up any trends (good/bad) with recommendations for improvements.
• Join us if you are empaneled at the MDG with an assigned PCM to voice your concerns/ideas for improvement.

If you are not sure if you want to become an advisor, you can still listen in on the call.
