During the annual HOA meeting this year the landscaping/mowing bill was a hot topic. Here is a copy of this years bid from our current contractor Top lighting. The other is from another local company. He comes out to be a little more than the current,the bid he gave is less but it’s because it starts in March and ends in December it’s not for the full 12 month. The Third company who was brought up during the meeting for those of you that couldn’t make the meeting was a company named yard solutions and he stated he would do the neighborhood for 10% cheaper than our current contractor site unseen! I met with him as well and walked just some of our areas and during the walk through said he didn’t want to give a bid he didn’t want the job and referred us to Tinderlawn care which is the 2nd bid posted. On the map shown the yellow lines are the sections of land that we have to take care of that are unusable to us. Hope this helps answer the question if we are over paying and to show the areas that are covered in the bids.

We have been hearing a lot of compliments from residents on the recently completed former pond area, we are glad people are finally able to utilize this space. Please continue to do so but also keep in mind that just like any other common area please take your personal belongings and trash with you when you leave.

The soccer goal that is out there now needs to be removed. Thank You!

This year's HOA dues should be mailing out soon. They will be ten dollars more than last year. We would like to get to a point where we don't need to increase the dues every year but our costs and upkeep continue to increase and we are not carrying enough over every year.

Adding to the enormous amount of work the City of Moore did to the big pond area we'd like to eventually do some kind of landscaping there. If you have any ideas about that space let us know! And that goes for anything HOA related. It's still just the two of us managing the board so if anybody out there is interested in helping we'd love to hear from you! 🙂🤞

Speaking of the pond, if you haven't been down there lately it looks quite a bit different now. There was a staggering amount of material removed (and replaced) and the entire area sodded. They also rebuilt the concrete runoff on the north side of the pond, widening and adding to it significantly. It was a lot of work but thankfully it appears the project is nearly complete. Also, and this should probably go without saying, ATVs are not allowed to be ridden in neighborhood common areas, especially on all of that brand new sod. Thanks!

Due to predicted inclement weather, sanitation routes for Monday the 15th will not run. The plan is to run Monday routes on Wednesday the 17th, weather permitting. Tuesday’s routes are unknown at this time and information will be provided prior to via CodeRed, social media and the City’s website.
