We are opening up the Fuzion Teen Center to collect relief items for Western NC family. Collection will go from Monday to Wednesday from 4PM to 8PM.

Here’s a comprehensive list of items that families of hurricane damage and flooding may need, covering immediate essentials, recovery supplies, and long-term support needs:

- [ ] Non-perishable food items (bread/crackers)
- [ ] Baby food and formula
- [ ] Baby Wipes
- [ ] Personal hygiene items (toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc.)
- [ ] Toiletries (toilet paper, sanitary pads, diapers, etc.)
- [ ] Personal protective equipment (Masks & Heavy Duty Work Gloves)
- [ ] Female Hygiene Products
- [ ] First aid kits
- [ ] Cleaning supplies (bleach, disinfectant, gloves, etc.)

- [ ] Towels and washcloths

Statesville, NC 28677

This will be for Saturday and Sunday, all day long!
The airport is offering discounted fuel for pilots helping in relief efforts. Most items will be airlifted

Lake Norman Fellowship of Christian Athletes is for adults too! Think of it sort like Girl or Boy Scouts, you have a volunteer adult, who decides to become a den leader to invest in the lives of young people. In FCA, we call our volunteers, Huddle Leaders or Character Coaches. It is one of the most rewarding acts of service for Christ. Here is the myth, F.C.A. is not only in the schools. A huddle leader can lead a club or league sport. You can lead a shooting sport team. We even have action sports where athletes can compete in water sports, bmx racing, skiing and more. We just need a willing parent to coach. Is that you? Look at the wonderful smiles below, they are waiting on an adult to disciple them with the love of Christ through sports.

July is my birthday month! For most of my life I have been rather annoyed at my birthday month and the date that it falls on 15th of July. There isn’t anything historically significant on my birthday other than the discovery of the Rosetta Stone. My birthday fall during summer break, so I can count on one hand the number of times I have had a birthday party, because most people are traveling. Damien Lillard, a basketball player, and I shared the same birthday, but other than he is the only one till I discovered Mother Cabrini last night. It was 3AM and I was sobbing like a baby watching her life depicted on the big screen.

Mother Cabrini was a nun commissioned to launch a mission overseas in America to start orphanages for children, schools for education, and hospitals for the sick. She focus her first mission toward Italian immigrants in America. Despite her poor health, she was quite adamant to see her God size dreams become reality. She was fearless and capable of facing the many men, politicians, bankers, and religious leaders of her day. It was refreshing to learn about her story because I relate in several different ways. Unmarried person on mission for God, who had to face beuacracies to get things done and she love people and wanted

Most importantly she shares my birthday and I could not be any happier to know someone of her caliber was born on July 15th. Lastly, Mother Cabrini was brilliant at making the big ask for capital campaigns. People believe in her ministry and gave the funds and resources to continue on with her mission to care for children. The Equal Access Act of 1984 is the biggest blessings for Christians to share Jesus in Public Schools. If only families knew how to leverage this right, then we would see revival within our schools. Most pastors are not familiar with the Federal Law, thus many churches do not have a written ministry plan in place to take advantage of this amazing liberty. As the previous video of Corwin Stanley, stated, the first two weeks of them plugging into a Christian community is crucial.
