In celebration of Dolly Parton and the incredible impact she has made on children through her Imagination Library 📚❤️, our staff Telly and Dolly Pawton have stocked up the little libraries across our parks!

To honor Dolly’s life and legacy, let’s keep that magic going. ✨
📚 Grab a children’s book new or gently used and share the gift of reading! Drop it off at a Little Free Library, community book exchange, or one of our four little libraries in Mooresville:
📍 Two at Pioneer Park
📍 Bicentennial Park
📍 Old Town Park

Can’t make it to our parks? That’s okay! Find a free book spot in your own neighborhood and spread the love there. ❤️
One book can spark a child’s imagination and create a lifelong love of reading just like Dolly has done for millions of children.

🥏 DISC GOLF COURSE CLOSED THIS EVENING 🏃‍♂️

Heads up, Pioneer Park visitors! Our Disc Golf Course will be closed this evening as we welcome Paul Hadley Middle School Cross Country to Pioneer Park for their meet.

The course will reopen for normal use following the event.

We’re excited to have these student-athletes running through Pioneer Park and appreciate everyone’s cooperation in giving them plenty of room to compete!

Good luck to all of the runners, and especially our hometown team…
