Clay County Highway Department Clay County's Highway Department is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the County Highways and Bridges.

The main objective of the Clay County Highway Department is the construction and maintenance of County Highways and Bridges, County State Aid Highways and Bridges and Township Roads and Bridges. The goal of the Highway Department is to ensure that the roadways and bridge structures in Clay County are designed according to Federal and State guidelines, constructed according to the contract specifications and properly maintained to ensure the safety of the traveling public.

CSAH 52/CSAH 12 Roundabout Project Update: CSAH 52 will be closed starting July 22nd, as Phase 2 of the project begins. The intersection of CSAH 52 & CSAH 12 will remain closed throughout the remainder of the project. Motorists should follow the detour signs.
