The MN FoodShare March Campaign is showing very promising state-wide mid-campaign results! Thank you all for your support to the Moose Lake Area Food Shelf. Our communities benefit greatly from your generosity.

Mid-Campaign results are here! Thank you so much to the 151 food shelves that submitted optional reports. From March 1-March 15, food shelves reported raising $2,519,344.40 and 1,444,348.75 pounds of food.

Last year, 160 food shelves submitted mid-campaign reports, with results showing $2.2 million and 1.187 million pounds of food. With 9 less reports this year, the campaign has already raised $300k and 250,000+ more pounds of food!

We truly appreciate your hard work and can’t wait to see the final campaign results! Final reports will be due April 25 at gmcc.org/mc-reporting

The Sturgeon Lake Lions Club was happy to donate $11,000 to the Moose Lake area food shelf. Lion Tony Stewart presented them with the check.

HOW: Donations of money or food may be dropped off at the Food Shelf in Moose Lake located in the alley behind Joe Jitters.
WHEN: Tuesdays between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
OR: Mail donations to the Moose Lake Area Food Shelf, PO Box 128, Moose Lake, MN 55767.

28th Annual Sturgeon Lake Lions Club Thanksgiving Feast! 🍂 Thursday November 27th 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Come and join us! 🥧 Free will donations - everyone is welcome! 🍽️ OR if you would like to volunteer we need meal delivery drivers and meal servers. ALL proceeds and matching Lions Club donation will go to local food shelves. 💛
