Join our FREE pickup! RecycleSmart and Ridwell are partnering to help residents easily get their election yard signs and metal frames recycled for free. You don’t need to be a Ridwell Member to participate. Enter your info to see when Ridwell will be in your neighborhood November 25 – December 8 and sign up to get on a free route.

This free pickup event is for single-family and multifamily households. If you managed a campaign and have more than 3 yard signs, there’s an email to contact our team to arrange a pickup.

Please remember, plastic yard signs and metal frames are not accepted in your curbside blue recycling bin. These signs must be collected through programs like this to connect this material with specialty recyclers across California and the West Coast.

Moraga is turning 50! Join us for the 50th Anniversary Parade and Pear & Wine Festival on Saturday, September 28. 🍐🍷

Proposed Zoning Code Amendment

Town residents are invited and encouraged to attend the Town Council meeting on August 28, 2024, at 5:30p.m. The Town will discuss, take public comment and provide an action on the proposed Zoning Code Amendments to Moraga Municipal Code Chapter 8.32: “Moraga Center Specific Plan Six Dwelling Per Acre Multifamily Residential District (MCSP R-6).” The purpose of the Zoning Code Amendments are to remove constraints on future development in a designated Housing Opportunity site and comply with the Town’s recently adopted Housing Element.
