🪝 A huge thank you to everyone who has donated their flounder carcasses to our Carcass Collection Program!
Just a reminder: we need the whole fish — not just the head — after it has been filleted. Our biologists use the carcass to measure the fish and determine its age, which helps us better understand and manage the fishery.
Please also remember to fill out the catch information, including the date, location and trip type. You don’t have to provide your name or contact information, but you’ll be entered to win a prize if you do!
🎣 We’re giving away five tackle bags packed with fishing gear, including fishing line, lures, bucktails, a hat, line cutters, a ruler, rod sleeve and more.
