Summer is quickly approaching (YAY!) and we will start making a summer schedule soon. If you run a summer program of some sort and would like to partner with the Title Wave, now is the time to reach out.

Our goal is simple- get books in kids (of all ages) hands over the summer to help reduce that summer slide. Books are free! We just need the kids. 😆 Can’t wait to start summer 4 of driving Carteret County to bring books to kids.

Shew! It’s been a full weekend! We started with “Bus Stop Santa” in Mills Creek on Saturday. Then we travelled down to Core Sound Waterfowl Museum & Heritage Center to be a small part of “Waterfowl Weekend”. Today, we took part in the Town of Newport, North Carolina Christmas Parade where some lovely elves passed out 700+ books while spreading Christmas cheer. While it was busy, the weekend comes to a close with a grateful heart for the ability to spread the joy of reading across the community! Happy holidays and big thanks to the following for your help this weekend!

We had a great night at Beaufort Elementary School last night for their Curriculum night. Got to see some great staff and kids and get books in hands!! We have quite a few events coming up and are excited to pass out the love of reading!
