Say goodbye to lost notes and last-minute scrambles. Starting NOW, 4-H'ers can now complete their project records using our new online platform, Kaleidoscope!

Mark Your Calendar - The North Carolina Youth Institute (NCYI) is opening registration for their Fall Research Cohort soon!

NCYI gives high school students the opportunity to explore global food and agriculture challenges, strengthen their research and communication skills, connect with NC State mentors, and learn more about college and career pathways in agriculture and STEM.

The Fall Research Cohort provides additional support for students as they develop their Global Challenge research paper and prepare to participate in NCYI.

This is a reminder that entries are due on August 14th, 2026 for the Dr. Kim Ingold NC 4-H Photography Contest!

Through this contest, participants are encouraged to build their photography skills, explore creative techniques, and capture meaningful moments through their lens.

All entries must be submitted by August 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

Participation Categories (4-H age as of January 1, 2026)
Cloverbud: Ages 5–7 (non-competitive)
Junior: Ages 8–13
Senior: Ages 14–18
Adult: Ages 19+

Dr. Kim Ingold NC 4-H Photography Contest β€” open to youth and adults. Winners featured during National 4-H Week and at the NC State Fair.
