All Regional offices will be open this Saturday May 30th from 8-11:30 walk in.

We’re back with an extra day of Saturday Hours for May!

All Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Driver Licensing Regional Offices will be open this Saturday from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. No appointments, just walk on in!

Driver and permit testing services handled by Kentucky State Police are not offered.

Mail-In Absentee ended last night at 11:59pm. You still have until May 19 at 6pm to get yours back to the office if you received one.

Excused, In-person absentee voting started today in the office from 8am-4pm. That is for people that are not going to be here for Early Voting or on Election Day. You can come into the office on May 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th, 12th & 13th.

In-person Early Voting will be at the Carl Perkins Center on May 14th, 15th & 16th. From 8am-4pm.

Election Day is May 19th. From 6am-6pm. No matter where you live, you can vote at any of the polling locations. Visit rowan.countyclerk.us to see the locations.
