Today is National Gardening Exercise Day !🌱

Meet one of our volunteers, Eva, who uses gardening as a way to stay active and connected to nature! Gardening has become a great way for her to build physical strength while also reaping the therapeutic benefits. It gives her time to clear her mind, reduce stress, and appreciate the earth around her.

Thank you, Eva, for inspiring others to grow, move, and enjoy the outdoors! ☀️

Today is National Donut Day! 🍩 If you're planning on enjoying some ✨sweet treats✨, remember that any leftovers should be placed in your green organics bin for composting. Composting uneaten pastries, bread, and other food scraps helps to conserve landfill space and reduce methane emissions!
