On April 10, 2026, Miranda Carlin earned 1st Place in California in Baking & Pastry Arts at the 59th Annual SkillsUSA State Leadership & Skills Conference. 🥇

Competing against the top Career & Technical Education students from across the state, Miranda showcased exceptional talent, precision, creativity, and professionalism — rising to the top as California’s state champion!

The Journey School is hosting a Summer Bootcamp to help our incoming 2nd graders start the year with strength and confidence!

Our scholars will focus on:
📚 Core Skills: Strengthening ELA, Math, and Writing foundations.

🤝 Culture: Building R.I.S.E. expectations and school routines.
