Since 1989, this month has been dedicated to raising our voices, standing with survivors, and shining a light on the reality of domestic violence — a crisis that affects people of *every* background, in *every* community.

Now more than ever, we must speak out, educate, and support those impacted by abuse.

🚨At this very moment, the US House of Representatives is deciding on whether to pass a bill that would cut over $1 trillion in funding to Medicaid.
There are over 20 Republicans in the House that are not sold on the budget. They will get tons of pressure to vote yes – we must make our voices heard loudly for them to vote NO.
Call your reps first then other republicans in the state. Post comments on their social media. Here are the three that need to hear the message, “large numbers of your constituents are reliant on MediCal/Medicaid. This bill will have devastating effects on all of us. Vote no.”

‼️Today, July 2, 2025, Sean “Diddy” Combs was acquitted on multiple federal s*x trafficking charges. We stand in solidarity with the numerous survivors who bravely spoke their truth in the courtroom. Traffickers use various tactics to maintain control over their victims, including physical force, manipulation, false promises, threats, and many more. For victims in an intimate relationship with their trafficker, the tactics are nuanced, and it can appear consensual to anyone outside the relationship.
