Crockpot freezer meal prep class was a HIT! We learned the basics of meal prepping and food safety then got busy assembling 5 meals to go to the freezer—-these will be a lifesaver as we get busy with back to school and fall activities!

All about CUCUMBERS for Dr Yum preschool class today! We colored, learned some fun cucumber facts, made cucumber stamps, sliced and diced fruits and veggies for cucumber salsa, and made refrigerator pickles for the kids to eat in a couple of days….whew 😜…..it was a busy morning but we had so much FUN!
