We are so thankful for our amazing students, families, and staff who made this first week so special! Thank you for trusting us with your children and allowing us to be part of their journey. We are excited for all the learning, growing, and memories ahead!

Hillcrest Cougars second chance outdoor soccer signups! Youth ages 5 through 12 can register on August 27, September 1, or September 3 from 4 PM to 5 PM. Adults interested in coaching are also encouraged to attend.

Registration takes place at Hillcrest Elementary School, 201 Tennessee Street, Morganton, North Carolina. The signup fee is $30.

BCPS will host our annual high school football JAMBOREE on Friday at Patton High School. First scrimmage kicks off at 6:30 p.m. In addition to the action on the field, community agencies will set up information booths started at 6 p.m. Admission is $10. No passes will be accepted. Those 10 and under get in for free. Please note we will follow our safe gate entry procedures with only clear bags allowed and walk-through metal detectors in place. Let's get ready for some football!
