Victoria Gifford, 26, of Morgantown, West Virginia, proudly holds the title of 2026 Miss West Virginia MS IAWOS. She serves as an Orthopedic Technician in the Department of Orthopedics at WVU Medicine, where she is dedicated to helping patients heal and regain mobility through compassionate, hands-on care.

Victoria is passionate about making a difference both in and out of the medical field through her platform, One Donor. Many Miracles, which focuses on raising awareness for organ and tissue donation. Inspired by personal loss and the life-changing impact of donation within her own family, she is committed to educating communities about the importance of becoming a donor and the countless lives that can be saved through one selfless decision.

Originally from West Virginia, Victoria continues to serve her community through healthcare, advocacy, and leadership, striving to inspire others through service, compassion, and purpose.

 Today I had the opportunity to work a poker run and spend time with so many amazing people in the community. It was incredible seeing everyone come together for a day filled with fun, laughter, and support for a great cause. From meeting riders to helping throughout the event, it was such a rewarding experience. Events like these remind me how strong and connected our communities truly are. I’m so thankful to have been a part of it and can’t wait for the next one

i just accomplished one of my fitness goals i just ran the nashville half marathon !!!!

what made this super special i got asked i ran the race i said i really value what St jude does for the community .. along my race route i met someone who was looking for liver

i got to share my story about organ donation and how i my life has been affected with family members selfless acts with donation .
