The Pantry Plus More is thrilled to announce a $10,000 grant from the Truist West Virginia Foundation in support of our Fresh Vegetables for Saturday Distributions program!

🚛 We need some big truck drivers at The Pantry Plus More!

We've grown so much over the years that we need a few more experienced drivers to help us move food!

Drivers need:
✅ A valid CDL (required)
✅ Pallet & warehouse experience (preferred)
✅ Reliable and ready to work (required)
✅ A good attitude (required)

This morning, The Pantry Plus More facilitated the monthly Mountaineer Food Bank distribution at South Middle School!

We typically have 50-60 volunteers at these events. Today? We had 17 adults and 8 kids. That's it. And you know what they did? They did DOUBLE the work and absolutely SLAYED IT. 💪

✅ 241 families served
✅ 11 pallets of food from Mountaineer Food Bank
✅ 11 pallets supplemented by The Pantry Plus More
✅ 22 total pallets moved by 25 incredible humans

To our volunteers today, you are the definition of showing up. You didn't flinch, you didn't slow down, and you made sure every single one of those 241 families went home with SO. MUCH. FOOD. Thank you!

We are tired, but we love this work, and we will do it again soon. ❤️

Families recieved 15 pounds of potatoes, frozen chicken, fish sticks, 4 pounds of fresh tomatoes, fresh oranges, canned foods (beans, soup and mandarin oranges), peanut butter, fresh milk, boxes of popcorn and pretzels, dried black beans, bakery items, and bread (soooo much bread)!
