The Monongalia County Republican Executive Committee regrets to announce that Burton Gilliam will be unable to attend the upcoming Meet & Greet and Inaugural Golf Scramble due to an unexpected health issue that is limiting his ability to travel and participate comfortably in scheduled events.

We know many attendees were looking forward to seeing Burton, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding and well wishes as he focuses on recovery. Burton expressed his sincere disappointment about missing the events and asked that supporters know how much he appreciates the invitation and enthusiasm surrounding the weekend.

The Inaugural Golf Scramble will continue as scheduled on Friday, May 22. We remain excited for a great weekend of fellowship, golf, and special guests.

DEADLINE TODAY: Don’t get left out of the May 12th Primary.

Today is the absolute final day to register or update your voter registration in West Virginia. If you’ve moved, changed your name, or need to update your party affiliation, you must do it by tonight.

Here is how to get it done before the clock runs out:

Online: Use GoVoteWV.com anytime until 11:59 PM.

In-Person: Visit your County Clerk’s office before they close this afternoon. (In Monongalia and Marion counties, that is 4:30 PM).
