π½ All In for Ag Day at MES! π
Morgantown Elementary School wrapped up All In for Agriculture Education Week with our first-ever Ag Field Day, along with some great agriculture-focused classroom activities!
We are incredibly thankful for the local farmers, businesses, and community partners who helped make today possible and gave our students meaningful, hands-on experiences.
We also had some very special guests today, thanks to Mrs. Linda Amos being selected as one of just 12 educators across Kentucky to participate in the Agriculture Champion Educator Program. Through that opportunity, we were honored to welcome Agriculture Commissioner Shell, Education Commissioner Fletcher, Miss Kentucky, representatives from their offices, and several local leaders to MES today.
What a great opportunity for our students to learn about the importance of agriculture and the many ways it impacts our community and our state!
π Weβre proud to be All In for Ag at MES! π
