Congratulations to the 134 students who met 3 of their 4 AR goals and enjoyed reading ALL year long. This bunch had a great time today watching Zootopia 2 at The Capitol, playing at the park, and eating sno cones. Memories made!

North Butler Elementary School extends a heartfelt THANK YOU to our school community! We're incredibly proud of our readers and grateful for your support, which made our fundraiser a success. We got so many books for our library, classrooms, and students!!! Our students had a wonderful time reading. In fact, we announced the classes this morning that moved on to the Final Four. Congratulations to Mrs. Ray's, Mrs. Felty's, Mrs. Miller's, and Mr. Harrison's class!!! Good luck in this next round. Lastly, the 4th AR goal began this past week and ends on April 24th.

We had a great first week in the library!! Wednesday classes got to start checking out and it was so good to see the excitement of having books when they left. Looking forward to Monday and Tuesday classes getting their books.

We are going “WILD” about reading and taking a library safari hunting for books to read and offering a head start on checking out books to read at Open House. This will also give parents an opportunity to help their kids become familiar with the library and where they might find books on topics they love. Also, ask about the Library Safari book challenge! (It’s not required.) So come by the library and say hello to Mrs.Havens and check out a book your “WILD” about reading!
