Stop by the Moriarty Community Library today to borrow one of our amazing telescopes for the Eclipse tonight!

Local Eclipse Schedule
8:33 p.m. MDT – Partial Eclipse Begins:
The moon begins its path into the dark center of Earth’s shadow. You will see a noticeable dark bite taken out of the moon.
10:12 p.m. MDT – Maximum Eclipse (Peak):
The event reaches its peak. At this exact moment, 96% of the moon will be covered by Earth's shadow, casting a beautiful coppery, reddish-orange hue across the lunar surface.
11:51 p.m. MDT – Partial Eclipse Ends:
The dark, inner shadow completely leaves the moon's disk.
