Fun Night is tonight in the park after the kids attend Back to School night. Water, bounce houses, foam party,hot dogs, s’mores and so much fun. The volunteers have alot of fun planned for the kids. Be sure to come to the park after the kids visit their classrooms💦🌭

LL Pelling is in town working in the city’s seal coating project
The streets highlighted on the map will be the roads included in the project. please use extra caution when traveling through these areas and watch for crews and equipment in the roadway

The City of Morning Sun is now accepting applications for a City Clerk.

As the expectations of the Mayor and City Council continue to evolve, the responsibilities and day-to-day operations of City Hall have expanded. To better serve our residents and meet the increasing business needs of the City, we are seeking a Full-Time City Clerk.

This position will be 32–40 hours per week and will allow City Hall to offer expanded office hours and enhanced service to our community. Applications are due by August 20th.
