I just wanted to take a moment to address the smoke in our area. as you can see in the following screen shot, the smoke is coming out of the Olympic peninsula currently. You can use this site https://apps.gsl.noaa.gov/smoke/ # to help you in finding out where the smoke is coming from roughly. Please note this is experimental and gives you a rough idea of the affected area.

With all the fires around us, Here is a good reminder of evacuation levels and what to do.

Local law enforcement or Fire department issues evacuation orders, but there are steps you can take to **prepare yourself and your family** at each evacuation level.

---

🟩 **LEVEL 1: GET READY**

Prepare yourself**, stay informed, and start packing:

πŸ“¦ Monitor the situation
πŸ“‘ Gather important documents & valuables
🐾 Prepare pets and livestock
🧰 Build your emergency go-bag

---

🟨 **LEVEL 2: GET SET**

Be ready to **leave at a moment’s notice**:

πŸ”” Stay alert for updates
πŸš— Load your car and prepare your route
πŸ§“ Consider early evacuation if you have mobility, medical, or transportation needs

---

πŸŸ₯ **LEVEL 3: GO!**

**LEAVE IMMEDIATELY** β€” there is active danger in your area.

🚨 Do NOT delay
β›” Emergency services may not be able to help you if you stay

---

🧳 **WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU**

Make sure your go-bag includes:

βœ”οΈ Medications & prescriptions
βœ”οΈ Identification & insurance documents
βœ”οΈ Cell phone + charger
