Hello everyone, the time has finally come to begin circulating petitions! Over the next several weeks, you’ll see me out and about asking for signatures to help get my name on the ballot.

I truly appreciate all of the support you have shown me, and I’m honored to have served our community on the council for the past four years. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to continue serving Morrilton for four more years as your City Clerk/Treasurer.

Isaac A. Decker is a dedicated public servant currently serving the City of Morrilton as Ward 2, Position 2 Councilmember. He is asking for your support and vote this November as he seeks election as City Clerk/Treasurer.

Isaac’s campaign is built on three core principles: accountability, transparency, and experience.

With a background in banking and finance, Isaac is prepared to bring strong financial leadership to the Clerk/Treasurer’s office. His experience comes from managing successful small businesses and his time with Farmers and Merchants Bank. Combined with his public service experience as a councilmember and volunteer firefighter, Isaac understands how city government works and how to navigate its processes effectively. He is committed to strengthening communication and cooperation between the City Council and the Clerk’s office.
