Congratulations to Aaron Thomas on earning his American Red Cross Instructor Certification! Aaron is now officially certified to teach CPR and First Aid — a milestone that reflects not just a credential, but a calling. As a firefighter already committed to protecting his community, Aaron is now equipped to multiply that impact by training others with the same life-saving skills he relies on every day.

The ability to teach is a gift. The desire to serve is a purpose. Aaron Thomas has both, and the lives he'll touch through this certification are a testament to that.

We're also deeply grateful to Instructor Barbara Jackson-Hayne, whose commitment to developing others makes achievements like Aaron's possible. Thank you, Barbara, for your generosity and leadership.

Here's to the lives that will be saved because Aaron said yes.

At Med-Tech EMS, training the next generation of EMTs and Paramedics isn't just something we do — it's something we believe in deeply.

Our student ride-along program puts new EMTs side by side with our seasoned crews, giving them the kind of hands-on, real-world experience that no classroom can replicate. That training makes all the difference when they step into service on day one.

Each class nominates the crew members who went above and beyond to mentor them — and our most recent class made their choice clear:

At Med-Tech, we believe great EMTs don't just treat patients — they understand the full picture of emergency response.

That's why our EMT program includes vehicle extrication as part of our hands-on clinical training. While extrication is typically the Fire Department's domain, we know that knowledge doesn't stop at department lines. Many of our students are also firefighters, and all of them benefit from understanding the dangers involved when a patient is trapped.

Bonus? Our students absolutely love it — and let's just say it's a great outlet for a little stress relief.

A huge thank you to the Morrilton Fire Department and Kochs Body Shop for making this possible. Your partnership gives our students an experience that's rare, real, and truly unforgettable.
