🏎️🏁 Supporting local, building our team!

The WDB team recently hit the track at Throttle Racing Club in Denville for a fun-filled day of team building, friendly competition, and plenty of laughs.

We’re proud to support local small businesses in our community while giving our team the opportunity to connect, recharge, and have some fun together. It was a great day at a great local business, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!

The Workforce Development Board of Northwest New Jersey would like to extend our gratitude to our incredible partners , , and for helping us promote and support this morning’s Layoff Aversion Event at Alan Ritchey in Phillipsburg.

Thanks to this collaboration, affected employees had the opportunity to meet one-on-one with employer partners and our local community college to explore new job pathways and training opportunities. We are truly excited to help these talented individuals transition into rewarding new careers.

We also want to give a special thank you to Senator Steinhardt’s team for joining us, sharing resources, and highlighting the many ways their office supports the constituents of Warren County.

Together, we are making a meaningful difference for our workforce and our community, and we are grateful for everyone who helped make today a success!
