While sorting through parade day photos to be uploaded, this feature came into our newsfeed. Parade photos will be forthcoming yet this evening.

Editor's note: Rather than a 1954 ladder truck, the museum contains a 1927 American-LaFrance engine. The steamer mentioned is an 1868 Amoskeag.

And in first place this year was the composite team from Tonica, with members from Tonica, Aurora (formerly Morris), Ottawa, and Earlville. Unlike the other top finishers, we could not find photos of them from 2015. At least two of them were not yet in the fire service at that time.

In second place this year was the Chatsworth team. We found a photo of them from 2015 also.

Finishing in third place this year (the 75th running of the water fights) was the team from Lisle-Woodridge Fire Department. We're not sure how long they've been participating, but we did find a photo of them from 2015.
