The tornado sirens will undergo a test at 8:30 pm this evening.

Our system performs a silent test every day twice a day. We will conduct audible tests every Saturday at noon. Beginning 05/02/2026 weather permitting.

Good Thursday morning Okmulgee County. Outdoor Warning Siren install continues today. They will finish up in Morris today and may be able to move onto Wilson. If things go fast maybe even finish up today but that will be pushing it.

Morris you will hear testing today in all three locations. Do not be alarmed this will only be a test. We will try and give a heads up before. Again, thank you for you patience as we have had to block a couple of roads temporarily.

Due to the substantial rainfall we have received and the road conditions at the lake, it will be closed for the remainder of this week. We will re-open it later in the summer.
