We are so saddened by the passing of Dolly Parton! She was an amazing person and left such a legacy in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library! We are so proud to offer this in Stevens County through RUSC Kinship! If you would like to sponsor a child, our cost is $27/year and the child receives a book per month. Let us know!

Executive Director – RUSC Kinship Mentoring
RUSC Kinship is looking for an Executive Director. We are seeking someone who wants to invest in the youth of Stevens County and help strengthen our mission to provide positive role models and guidance to youth ages 5–17 in Steven’s County. Through
meaningful adult–youth partnerships, we help young people build confidence, resilience,and a strong sense of belonging.
Strong organizational skills are essential. This is an hourly position, up to 40 hours per week.
About the Role
The Executive Director leads the organization’s operations, volunteer mentorship programs, and community outreach. This role ensures that all matched adult–youth relationships are safe, supportive, and impactful—reflecting the heart of our mission.
Key Responsibilities
 Provide strategic leadership that strengthens RUSC Kinship’s mission and
programs
 Oversee daily operations, mentor recruitment, and match support
 Build strong relationships with donors, volunteers, schools, and community
partners
 Lead fundraising efforts, including grants and community events
 Serve as the public ambassador for RUSC Kinship in the Stevens County area
What We’re Looking For
 Experience in nonprofit leadership, youth development, or community
programming
 Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
 Fundraising and partnership development experience
 A collaborative, positive, missiondriven leadership style
